Where is the batch number?
Printed on every pouch, next to the barcode. Type it exactly as printed; with or without the dash, both work.
What is a COA?
A certificate of analysis: the independent lab report for that batch showing the cannabinoid content (CBD, CBG, CBC, THC) measured by HPLC.
My batch is not found.
New batches are added as the lab reports arrive. Check the number on the pouch, or send it to us via the contact page and we will reply with the certificate.
